Procurement of FERTILIZERS in support to Corn Production
SOURCE OF FUND: OLFP
1. The Provincial Government of Davao Oriental through the Bids Awards Committee (BAC) intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION THREE HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php1,340,000.00) being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) payments under the contract Procurement of FERTILIZERS in support to Corn Production. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Davao Oriental now invites bids for the Procurement of FERTILIZERS in support to Corn Production. Delivery of the goods is within 30 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II- Instruction to Bidders.
