Description : The main objective of this engagement is for the RAPID Project through the DTI Provincial Office Cotabato to procure farm tools which will be given to 56 farmer members of New Caridad United Farmers Association under Liberty Fruits DIP.

III. SCOPE OF WORK/COVERAGE
The engagement covers procurement planning, procurement activities i.e. coordination, delivery of goods, payment, and provision of after-sales services. Therefore, farm tool suppliers are expected to meet the specifications prescribed in Section IV of this TOR. And deliver the farm tools in good and quality condition.

IV. RESPONSIBILITY AND DELIVERABLES OF THE SUPPLIER
1. Submit all the necessary bidding documents needed within the advertisement period;
2. Sign the Notice of Award, Notice to Proceed, and Purchase Order as the point of embarkation of the engagement;
