Description : 1. Submit all the necessary bidding documents needed within the advertisement period;
2. Sign the Notice of Award, Notice to Proceed, and Purchase Order as the point of embarkation of the engagement;
3. Prepare and deliver the goods (farm tools) in a complete set, in good functional condition, and securely packed in their containers;
4. Deliver the required goods to the Department of Trade and Industry Cotabato Province, Apo Sandawa Phase III, Singao Road, Kidapawan City within 30 calendar days upon the receipt of the Contract/Notice to Proceed;
5. Provide orientation and test on the assembly and operation of farm tools to the beneficiaries;
6. Provide after-sales services, warranties, and other incidental conditions, i.e:
a) Provide necessary spare parts (if applicable),
Replace the goods found defective and incomplete;
