1. The MUNICIPALITY OF DIVILACAN, intends to apply the sum of SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (P725,000.00) being the Approved Budget Cost (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF FARM MACHINERIES USE FOR LGU PROJECTS TO SERVE THE FARMERS IN THE MUNICIPALITY. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
