1. The MUNICIPALITY OF DIVILACAN, intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION TWO HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND PESOS (P2,290,000.00) being the Approved Budget Cost (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF FARM MACHINERIES USE FOR LGU PROJECTS AND TO BE DISTRIBUTED TO DIMAPNAT FARMERS ASSOCIATION. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
