Description : 1. The Local Government Unit of Lagayan, thru the Shares from the FY 2023 Tobacco Excise Taxes under Local Budget Memorandum Number 93, intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY-NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED NINETY-FOUR PESOS ONLY. (PHP 5,479,594.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract "PROCUREMENT OF FARM INPUTS". Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Lagayan, now invites bids for the PROCUREMENT OF FARM INPUTS to be delivered at Poblacion Lagayan, Abra.
