PROCUREMENT OF FARM INPUTS

1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT-LANGIDEN, ABRA, through Financial Assistance from the Department of
Labor and Employment, Series of 2025, intends to apply the sum of Two million Five Hundred Pesos (Php
2,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for
MOOE2025G3: PROCUREMENT OF FARM INPUTS, Langiden, Abra. Bids received in excess of the ABC
shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT-LANGIDEN, ABRA now invites bids for the Procurement of Farm Inputs.
Delivery of Goods is required within 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the
date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is
contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in the Instruction to Bidders.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion
as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as
