Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF FARM IMPLEMENTS (TOBACCO DRYER)
The Municipality of Magsingal, Ilocos Sur, through the RA 7171 (FY 2022 Collection) intends to apply the sum of Five Million One Hundred SixtySeven Thousand Seven Hundred NinetyOne Pesos (₱5,167,791.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Farm Implements (Tobacco Dryer) with Solicitation Number 25-06-093. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Municipality of Magsingal now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of Goods is required by July 30, 2025 (30 Calendar Days). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
