Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF FARM IMPLEMENTS (MOTORCYCLE WITH SIDECAR, HAND TRACTORS, & TRAILER FOR TRACTOR)

The Municipality of Magsingal, Ilocos Sur, through the RA 7171 (FY 2022 Collection) intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred NinetyOne Thousand Two Hundred Nine Pesos (₱991,209.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Farm Implements (Motorcycle with Sidecar, Hand Tractors, & Trailer for Tractor) with Solicitation Number 25-06-095. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Municipality of Magsingal now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of Goods is required by July 30, 2025 (30 Calendar Days). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
