Description : Invitation to Bid for Procurement of Family Planning Commodities for Institutionalization and Operationalization of Population Development Service Program
1. The Municipality of San Jose, through the GAD Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Eighty Three Thousand Pesos Only (₱ 283,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Laboratory Supply and Equipment, Water Parameter Monitoring Equipment/Apparatus and Hatchery Supplies / sjom-goods-0137-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of San Jose now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by within 10 days upon the receipt of notice to proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
