Description : 1. The Local Government Unit of Lazi, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure PROCUREMENT OF FAMILY KITS: BED FOAM MATTRESSES, BEDDINGS, BLANKETS, KITCHEN WARES with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Two Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-One and 53/100 Only (Php235,871.53).

2. The Negotiated Procurement (Two Failed Biddings) for this project is being conducted in accordance with Section 53.1 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184. The two previous public biddings were declared a failure on July 22, 2025 of First Failed Bidding and August 19, 2025 of Second Failed Bidding, respectively, due to no bidders participated in the bidding process.

3. The Local Government Unit of Lazi invites all prospective bidders who are PhilGEPS registered, including those previously disqualified, to submit their best and final offer.
