Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF F&B CONCESSIONAIRE FOR CF-OLONGAPO CUSTOMERS FOR ONE (1) YEAR
under ITB No. CB25-00-008COR
1. The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), through the PAGCOR-s Corporate Budget for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Forty Thousand Pesos (PhP5,040,000.00), VAT Exclusive, Zero-Rated Transaction, for a period of one (1) year or upon exhaustion of the total contract price, whichever comes first, being the total ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of F&B Concessionaire for CF-Olongapo Customers for One (1) Year.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PAGCOR now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within ten (10) calendar days from receipt by the winning supplier of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) for a period of one (1) year or upon exhaustion of the total contract price whichever comes first.
