FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF EXTERNAL APPRAISAL FOR SOFIA VILLE AFP/PNP HOUSING PROJECT AT BRGY. LAGAO, GENERAL SANTOS CITY

REFERENCE NO: NHAXII-2025-100

1) The National Housing Authority (NHA) - Region XII through its Regional Office Bids and Awards Committee (ROBAC), intends to engage the services of a Consultant for the Procurement of two (2) Real Estate Appraisal Service Consultancy to conduct Appraisal of the Developed Land and completed Housing Units of Sofia Ville (AFP/PNP Housing Project) located in Nursery Road, Brgy. Lagao, General Santos City in accordance with Section 53.9 (Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement) of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 9184. Details of the project scope are specified in the Terms of Reference (TOR), attached hereto as Annex A.
