The Human Rights Violations Victims- Memorial Commission (HRVVMC), through its Bids and Awards Committee, intends to procure EXHIBITION DESIGN, FABRICATION, AND INSTALLATION SERVICES through Small Value Procurement - Section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 12009 with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of ONE HUNDRED NINETY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (Php 195,000.00) under the HRVVMC budget.
