  The Department of Education, Division of Batanes, through its School Governance and Operations Division (SGOD) intends to procure and hereby invites local traders/dealers/distributors who can submit their best offer for the “Procurement of Executive Jacket Uniforms for Executive Committee Members in participation for the CAVRAA 2026” for CY 2026 in accordance with Section 34 (Small Value Procurement) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009.
