Description : 1. The Department of Science and Technology, through the General Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Six Hundred Forty Three Thousand Five Hundred Eighty Three Pesos and 33/100 only (₱3,643,583.33) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Events Organizer for the ASEAN Regional Cooperation on the Harmonization of HTA Reporting Formats on Clinical Efficacy, Effectiveness of Health Interventions and Technologies with Identification No. PB-2025-06-0004. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Science and Technology now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
