IV. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Must have capacity to operate in Cebu to enable coordination with suppliers
Must have minimum of five (5) years' experience in planning, implementing and managing similar projects with international participants in Cebu and has the capacity to engage the services of relevant contractors for the implementation of the event and produce the materials for the event.
• Must have experience in dealing with National Tourism Organizations preferably the DOT
Must be willing to do advance payment to relevant suppliers within the cost parameter set by the
DOT
