REQUEST FOR SUBMISSION OF PROPOSAL

Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic, and Natural Resources Research and Development (PCAARRD) is inviting suppliers to participate in a “Small Value Procurement” (Section 34 of RA 12009 and its IRR) for the “Procurement of the event styling/stage design for the DOST-PCAARRD 2025 S&T Awards and Recognition Ceremonies” with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PhP300,000.00).

Submission of proposals including Mayor-s/Business Permit, PhilGEPS Registration Number, Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement (OSS) and Latest Income Tax Return*, addressed to Dr. Melvin B.
