Description : The Department of Tourism, Region 02, through its Bids and Awards Committee, intends to procure an Event Management Services for the Program Management of the North Luzon Travel Expo 2025 in SM City Tuguegarao on October 3-5, 2025 in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan

Suppliers of known qualifications are invited to submit their quotation/proposal, duly signed by you or your duly authorized representative not later than 10:00:00 AM, September 29, 2025 subject to the Terms and
Conditions provided in the Terms of Reference.
