Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR Procurement of Event Management Services for the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) International High Level Forum (IHLF) on Nuclear Technology (NUTEC) Plastics

1. The Department of Foreign Affairs, through the FY 2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA), intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Pesos (PhP 8,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Event Management Services for the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) International High Level Forum (IHLF) on Nuclear Technology (NUTEC) Plastics with identification number PB-GS-25-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Foreign Affairs now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods/Services is required as specified in the Technical Specifications.
