Description : Event Management Services for the CY 2025 Classroom Summit
• Venue design
• Lights and sounds
• Stage design and flowers
• Promotional materials, such as posters outside of the venue which should be placed at least 3 days before the event with submission of soft copies
• Management of the event proper such as registration, guest management, and coordination with DepEd Secretariat on the flow of event."

• Provision of at least 40 booths with company name per booth and plugs. Booth size is 3x3m
• Provision of at least 1 event manager responsible for overseeing the event
• Provision of usherettes to manage 1000 pax
• Provision of event host for the plenary session and exhibit walk-thru, and 3 facilitators for the breakout sessions
• Provision of LED wall, minimum size 4x6 (length x height)
• Supply of 130 pcs Lei with ethnic design and 800 pcs name tag card frame with lanyard.
• Supply of 500 pcs Pin, size of one peso coin. Made of brass.
