1. The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur, through the 58th Araw ng Davao del Sur CY 2025 Special Events Fund Representation Expense 5-02-99-050 (PTDPO, PR Nos. 1145-CB-25-CB-25 and 1146-CB-25) intends to apply the sum of Php. 7,497,000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Event Management Services for 58th Araw ng Davao del Sur - IB No. G-096-25C (1st opening). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
