PROCUREMENT OF EQUIPMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF HIGHER EDUCATION SERVICES (COLLEGE OF ARTS AND SCIENCES)

1. In view of the two (2) failed public biddings, the Palompon Institute of Technology (PIT) through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites PhilGEPS Registered suppliers to participate in the negotiation for the Procurement of Equipment for the Provision of Higher Education Services (College of Arts and Sciences) in accordance with section 53.1 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act (R.A.) 9184. Otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act.

2. The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), through the Fund 05 has a sum of Two Hundred Thirty-One Thousand Pesos Only (Php 231,000.00), inclusive of applicable taxes, as follows:
