INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF ENTERTAINMENT SERVICES (LIVE BAND, LIGHTS AND SOUNDS SYSTEM)

ITB NO. 2025-07-052GSS

1. The LGU-Dumarao, Capiz through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (P2,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for ITB NO. 2025-07-052GSS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU-Dumarao, Capiz now invites bids for Procurement Entertainment Services (Live Band, Lights and Sound System). Project duration is 5 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
