PROCUREMENT FOR THE ENHANCEMENT OF THE PAYROLL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (PMS) AND HUMAN RESOURCE INFORMATION SYSTEM (HRIS)

IB-2025-124-GOODS-MISS

1. The Government of the Philippines (GOP), through the 2025 LOCAL FUND Regular 2025 CURRENT and 2024 LOCAL FUND 2025 Regular 2024 CONTINUING intends to apply the sum of PESOS: Twenty-Nine Million Four Hundred Eighty-Four Thousand (Php 29,484,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement for The Enhancement of the Payroll Management System (PMS) And Human Resource Information System (HRIS). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Ninety (90) Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
