Procurement of Engineering Tools and Equipment (Re-bid)

1. The Philippine National Railways, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA)
for CY 2019 (Special Provision) intends to procure the following:
LOT - APPROVED BUDGET OF THE CONTRACT (ABC) - BIDDING DOCUMENT FEE
Lot 1 - Three Million Eight Hundred Six Thousand One Hundred Eighty-Two and 34/100 Pesos (₱3,806,182.34) - ₱5000.00
Lot 2 - Four Million Three Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Eight Hundred One Pesos (₱4,365,801.00) - ₱5000.00
Lot 3 - One Million Eight Hundred Twenty-Six Thousand Pesos (₱1,826,000.00) - ₱5000.00
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Philippine National Railways now invites bids for Procurement of Engineering
Tools and Equipment (Re-bid). The work shall include the supply and delivery of
various tools and equipment testing. Completion of all works under the contract is
required within One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days. Bidders should have
