Procurement of Engineering Tools and Equipment

1. The Philippine National Railways, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for CY 2022 intends to procure the following:

LOT APPROVED BUDGET OF THE CONTRACT (ABC) BIDDING DOCUMENT FEE
Lot 1 Seven Million Seven Hundred Thirty-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Forty-Two and 22/100 Pesos (₱7,739,542. 22) ₱5,000.00
Lot 2 Ten Million Four Hundred Thirty-One Thousand Eighty Pesos (₱10,431,080.00) ₱10,000.00
Lot 3 One Million Eight Hundred Twenty-Six Thousand Pesos (₱1,826,000.00) ₱5,000.00

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Philippine National Railways now invites bids for Procurement of Engineering Tools and Equipment. The work shall include the supply and delivery of various tools and equipment including commissioning and testing. Completion of all works under the contract is required within One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days.
