Description : 1. The Department of Transportation (DOTr) through the Concession Agreement with San Miguel Corporation Mass Rail Transit 7, Inc. (hereinafter called “Concessionaire”), intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Seventy-Three Million Six Hundred Forty-Eight Thousand Three Hundred Sixty Pesos (Php 573,648,360.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Engineering Consultant (“EC”) for the Metro Rail Transit Line 7 (“MRT-7”) Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.

2. The DOTr now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for the Project. Eligibility documents of interested consultants must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat on or before 27 January 2025, 10:00 AM at Unit 62 BAC Secretariat Division, The Columbia Tower, Ortigas Avenue, Brgy. Wack-wack, Mandaluyong City. Applications for eligibility will be evaluated based on a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion. Late submission of Eligibility Documents shall not be accepted.
