PGC-BAC-2025-001G

1. The Philippine Guarantee Corporation (PHILGUARANTEE), through the 2025
Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Pesos: Six Hundred Twenty
Thousand (Php620,000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and out-of-pocket
expenses being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement for the
Engagement of External Real Estate Services (Real Property Valuation/Appraisal
Services - RMD Accounts)/PGC-BAC-2025-001G. Bids received in excess of the
ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PHILGUARANTEE now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
Delivery of the Goods is required within Ninety (90) calendar days to commence on
the date of acknowledgement receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP), and receipt of
