The Energy Regulatory Commission (“Procuring Entity”) has
received financing from the Government of the Philippines General
Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2021 toward the cost of the
Procurement of Engagement of Consultant for the
Enhancements to the PE@MOS Software to Adopt to the
Enhanced Price Determination Methodology(2nd Bidding). The
Procuring Entity intends to apply a portion of the funds in the amount of
Sixteen Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP16,500,000.00) to
eligible payments under the contract for Consulting Services for the
Procurement of Engagement of Consultant for the Enhancements to the
PE@MOS Software to Adopt to the Enhanced Price Determination
Methodology in Setting the Distribution Wheeling Rates for which the
Bidding Documents were issued.
