Description : REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR PROCUREMENT FOR THE ENGAGEMENT OF CONSULTANT FOR THE ENHANCEMENTS TO THE PE@MOS SOFTWARE TO ADOPT TO THE ENHANCED PRICE DETERMINATION METHODOLOGY

1. The Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC), through The Government of the Philippines (GoP) General Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2021, intends to apply the sum of Sixteen Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP16,500,000.00), inclusive of all government taxes and other charges and fees, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Engagement of Consultant for the Enhancements to the PE@MOS Software to Adopt to the Enhanced Price Determination Methodology, (Lot No. 2021-42) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
