1. The City Government of Borongan, through the LDRRMF 70% 2025 (Capital Outlay) Procurement of End-to-End Data Gathering and Reporting Early Warning System with Flood Monitoring Sensor and Rain Sensor Phase I intends to apply the sum of Six Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php6,500,000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of End-to-End Data Gathering and Reporting Multi-Hazard Early Warning System Dashboard Software for LGU-Borongan City, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
