Invitation to Apply for Eligibility and to Bid for

Procurement of Emergency Supplies
ITB NO. 100-25-07-094

1. The Municipality of Sugbongcogon through its Local Disaster Risk Reduction Management Fund intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Eighty Four Thousand Nine hundred Eighty Pesos & 00/100 (PHP 184,980.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment of the Procurement of Emergency Supplies. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Sugbongcogon now invites Bids from eligible Bidders for the Procurement of Emergency Supplies (see Section VI of the ITB for the schedule of requirements) Delivery of the GOODS is required by 5 calendar days upon award of contract. The description of an eligible Bidder is contained in Section II of the Bidding Documents, ITB.
