Procurement of Emergency Response Vehicle

1. The City Government of Cotabato, through DRRM Fund and Ordinance No.5061 s. 2022 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 2,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the whole lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2 The City Government of Cotabato, now invites bids for Vehicle (Station Wagon). Delivery of the Goods is required 60 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within One (1) Year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
