The City of Victorias, through the Supplemental Budget CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of P 1,462,400.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF EMERGENCY RESCUE EQUIPMENT FOR CITY DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT OFFICE ( GREEN PROCUREMENT COMPLIANT ). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
