Warranty:
• At least one (1) year from final date of acceptance by the Technical Inspection and Acceptance Committee (TIAC) for parts and services
• Within seven (7) days outright replacement for the defective equipment

Other Requirements:
• The Supplier must submit a duly notarized certificate of authorized distributorship/resellership from the manufacturer or distributor/principal of the products being offered
• The Supplier must submit a duly notarized certificate of After Sales Support Warranty for all of the products being offered.

Other Terms:
• Quoted Price must be inclusive of all government taxes, duty, delivery, and any additional service fees.
