General and Specific Requirements
The Solution Provider shall provide the electronic signature solution, herein referred to as the digital solution, to the Insurance Commission (IC) for 1 YEAR using the most secure and latest applicable technology and shall ensure strict compliance of the Republic Act No. 8792, or the Electronic Commerce Act of 2000 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations and Supreme Court of the Philippines- Rules on Electronic Evidence (REE).

Subscription Requirements
The subscription license to be provided by the Solution Provider to IC shall have the following specifications:
