The CITY GOVERNMENT OF ALAMINOS, PANGASINAN through the 5% CDRRM Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Million Four Hundred Eighty-Six Thousand Two Hundred Forty-Two Pesos (Php 4,486,242.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF ELECTRONIC EARLY WARNING SIREN (EWS) WITH PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM TO BE INSTALLED AT FLOOD PRONE, FAR FLUNG SITIOS OF SOME BARANGAYS IN THE CITY OF ALAMINOS, PANGASINAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
