Description : The Barangay Government of Manoling, President Roxas, Capiz, through the 20% Development Fund of 2025, intends to apply the sum of Eighty-Two Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos (Php 82,900.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Electrical Supplies and Lighting Components for the Installation of Solar Streetlights, Barangay Manoling, Pres. Roxas, Capiz. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
