1. The MUNICIPALITY OF DIVILACAN, intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY ONE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY NINE PESOS (131,990.00) being the Approved Budget Cost (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF ELECTRICAL SUPPLIES AND CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS USE FOR MAINTENANCE OF GOVERNMENT BUILDINGS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
