1. The MAYOR HILARION A. RAMIRO SR. MEDICAL CENTER (MHARSMC), through the Hospital Income 2025 intends to apply the sum of Forty Million Seven Hundred Eighty-Eight Thousand, Eight Hundred Eighty-Two Thousand and Fifty Centavos (Php. 40,788,882.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Electrical Power System Upgrade and Rehabilitation (Phase-1) of MHARSMC. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
