The Municipality of Banaybanay, through its 2025 Annual Budget, intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Eighty-Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety-Five Pesos Only (Php 688,895.00) as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Procurement of Electrical Supplies for the Project: Rehabilitation/Replacement of Electrical Wires and Panel Board at Municipal Hall Building, located at Municipal Hall Compound, Banaybanay, Davao Oriental (Solicitation Number: GOODS-10-2025-005). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
