INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF ELECTRICAL MATERIALS FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF CHRISTMAS VILLAGE AND LIGHTING WORKS AT BURGOS, ISABELA

1. The Municipality of Burgos, through Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE), intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-four Pesos only (P225,974.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for GOODS-2025-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Burgos now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 15 C.D. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
