MUNICIPALITY OF MALAPATAN
1. The Local Government Unit, through the Special Trust CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 350,000.00 ) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Electric Obstetric Delivery Table Municipality of Malapatan no. B2 2025-07-048. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.`
