The Local Government of Lanuza, Surigao del Sur through the SB #5 to apply the sum One Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 100,000.00) to be appropriated for payment, under the contract for the “PROCUREMENT OF EIGHTY (80) HEADS OF PROVISION READY TO LAY CHICKEN OF MUNICIPAL AGRICULTURE OFFICE OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF LANUZA SURIGAO DEL SUR” (Project ID. LGU- Lanuza - 2025-12-070) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected on bid opening.
