Description : 1)The PhilHealth Regional Office IX, through the CY 2025 Corporate Operating Budget (COB) intends to apply the sum of Three Million One Hundred Sixty-Three Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos Only (₱ 3,163,800.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract on the bidding for Procurement of Eight (8) Lots Marketing Collaterals with IB No. PRO IX 2025-003. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2)The PhilHealth Regional Office IX now invites bids for Procurement of Eight (8) Lots Marketing Collaterals with Invitation to Bid No. PRO IX 2025-003. Supplier shall submit one (1) sample set within twenty (20) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed, and complete delivery shall be made within forty-five (45) calendar days from approval of the sample, but not later than December 31, 2025.
