Description : The Intercontinental Broadcasting Corporation intends to apply the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) amounting to Four Million Two Hundred Seventy-Two Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-Three Pesos (₱4,272,983.00) to payments for the PROCUREMENT OF EDITING AND PRODUCTION HARDWARE SETUP.

Bidding will be conducted through COMPETITIVE BIDDING procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as “Government Procurement Reform Act”.

A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders from January 16, 2025, until February 5, 2025, 9:30AM at the address stated below and upon payment of a non-refundable bidding fee of FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (Php5,000.00) pursuant to the IRR of R.A 9184, Appendix 8 Guidelines on the Sale of Bidding Documents.

Sealed bids must be delivered to the address below on or before February 5, 2025, 9:30AM. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 14.1. LATE BIDS SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
