INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF EARLY WARNING SYSTEM WITH INSTALLATION, TRAINING, TESTING ANG COMMISSIONING

1. The City Government of Palayan, through the CDDRMO 5% CALAMITY FUND intends to apply the sum of (Php810,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of early warning system with installation, training, testing and commissioning. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at opening.

2. The City Government of Palayan now invites bids for procurement of early warning system with installation, training, testing and commissioning Completion of the project is required as provided in the Specials Conditions of Contract and the Technical Specifications as provided in the BID Documents.
