Procurement of early warning devices/system (Water level monitoring / flood marker)

1. The Local Government Unit of Echague, Isabela, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Nine Thousand Pesos (P 2,409,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of early warning devices/system (Water level monitoring / flood marker)/2025-03-23. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Echague, Isabela now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 60 CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed, within 3 YEARS from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
