1. The Philippine State College of Aeronautics, through the Corporate Budget for the contract approved by the governing Boards intends to apply the sum of Two Million Six Hundred Thirty-Seven Thousand Two Hundred Pesos, PhP 2,637,200.00, being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of e-Books Subscription/PB2022-Goods-10. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
